On this very cold day... I managed to paint this without eating it and freezing to death in my studio! LOL! Nice little fancy porcelaine dessert plate, fork and that fluffy coconut and buttercream topping on this vanilla lemon mint filled precious eye candy! That little rose made of 100% sugar... completes this as 100% edible. YUMMO! as Rachel Ray would say.

This little eye candy is part of an ongoing series of daily paintings. It is a white ground with candy dots like some of my past cakes, and a meticulous hand made flour made in fondant pink. YUMMO! as Rachel Ray would say! I am hooked on painting a day! I am also hooked on painting cakes, MLP's, vintage toys, food and strange still lives like sushi. I am on the hunt for very unusual cakes to come.
